The inside people of
the new car trade.

Quiet export. Repeat business.

Importer, distributor background.
European trade network.

02 — Context

The European new car market is not one market.

It is twenty-seven price zones, fifty thousand order quotas, and a quiet web of relationships that nobody publishes.

When a Czech dealer needs forty units that Germany has on stock, or when an importer in Poland sits on a quarterly overshoot, the deal moves through people, not platforms.

We are some of those people.

03 — Background

Background.

We come from the inside of new car distribution — quota planning, factory relations, dealer financing, and cross-border movement of registered and unregistered stock.

Where factory commitments exceeded local absorption, the surplus moved across borders. We were part of those movements.

Over time, we learned which dealers across our region can finance a deal, which European partners take volume without questions, and how to keep a transaction off the wrong radar.

We work with that network now, independently.

04 — Two directions

What we do.

We act as a discreet intermediary in two directions.

For sellers

Quiet liquidation.

Importers and dealerships sitting on surplus stock — quarterly overshoots, unsold quotas, registered demos, or cancelled orders — need a quiet route to liquidate without showing on a factory dashboard.

We move that stock through known partners, with proper paperwork and no trail.

For buyers

Verified sourcing.

Dealers and multi-brand wholesalers looking for specific new vehicles at competitive cross-border pricing need volume, not promises.

We source from verified inventory, with EU type approval, CoC, and delivery on EXW or DAP terms.

05 — Process

How a deal moves.

01

Initial conversation

A call or a meeting. We listen first — what you have, what you need, what the constraints are.

02

Scoping

We map the request against our network. Real availability, real numbers, real timing. Nothing on paper that we cannot deliver.

03

Negotiation

We know how new car deals close — what each side can flex on, what is fixed, and where the real price sits between the asking and the offer.

04

Documentation

EU type approval, CoC, EXW/DAP terms, payment schedule. Standard paperwork, handled carefully.

05

Delivery

Through trusted logistics partners. One unit or one hundred — same standard of follow-through.

06 — On discretion

We understand
the geometry.

Cross-border movement of new vehicles is a sensitive activity. Manufacturers prefer their authorised channels. Importers carry quota obligations they cannot publicly discuss. Dealers sometimes need to liquidate stock without their factory contact noticing.

We do not publish supplier names. We do not list inventories. We do not advertise active deals.

Information shared with us stays with us. NDA on request.

Our role is to make a transaction happen quietly, finish it cleanly, and continue the relationship.

07 — Counterparties

Who we work with.

Importers, distributors

Across the European Union — quarterly quota balancing, surplus liquidation, end-of-cycle stock.

Brand dealerships

Across our region and beyond — sourcing specific configurations, balancing overstock, cross-border sales.

Multi-brand wholesalers

And brokers with volume capacity and reliable payment discipline.
